About me

Hi, I am Meghna Nebhwani-Children's Physiotherapist
I am an experienced children's physiotherapist with over six years of clinical experience supporting babies, children, and young people up to 18 years.
I currently work as a Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, and also see children privately.
I hold a Master's degree in Advanced Paediatrics from University College London (UCL), with a focus on evidence-based approaches and family-centred care.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy running and going to the gym - and I am currently training for my first half marathon! 🏃♀️
My approach
Every child is different and every session reflects that. I use play-based, child-friendly techniques to make therapy feel natural and fun, while keeping a clear focus on your child's individual goals.
I believe in supporting the whole family, not just the child. I take time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel confident continuing progress at home.
